EOR Employee —> TN Visa Applicant (coming soon!)

“International hiring” is a daunting phrase. For many new to the game, those two words trigger thoughts of legal battles, paperwork embroilment, and HR nightmares. But international hiring doesn’t have to be any of those things—and that’s why we’re here. We’re here to make the scary stuff easy. There are two processes you need to be aware of:

  1. EOR, or Employer of Record, and

  2. TN visa, or NAFTA Professional Visa (don’t ask about the acronym)

What Is an Employer of Record?

We’re flipping the script around international hiring at IsoTalent. One way we’re doing this is with our EOR services. The phrase EOR seems vague, but can be distilled into a few simple principles. An EOR is a company that manages the nitty-gritty details of running an office in another country, and is synonymous with risk mitigation in the international hiring world. An EOR handle all legal and financial items, like benefits, taxes, and payroll. The company is purely an office acting on behalf of the domestic company. EOR is simple, hassle-free, and great for accessing global talent pools. The best part? IsoTalent specializes in these services. IsoTalent recruits strong candidates abroad that are interested in moving to the U.S. for work, and sets them up for a successful move here.

Stick with me through the EOR/TN process so you can determine if this will help you. If you’re in the tech, construction, or energy sectors, it likely will!
